First time trying this restaurant. Very convenient for me since I work at the outlets and it's across the street from me. We got seated right away. Waitress that took our order was really nice and helpful. Recommended me popular items from the menu. The ambiance was really nice, had unique art on the walls. The tables were clean and set up quite nicely. The food was really good. Definitely hit the spot today since the weather was raining throughout the day. I ordered some egg rolls as an appetizer and it very good. Egg rolls were crispy and the sauce for it was really good. I ordered a beef pho soup and it was really good. The noodles were nice and soft. The broth of the soup was very flavorful. Did not have to add to much condiments to the broth. My dinner was very tasty. Overall I give this restaurant a 4/5 star review. Will definitely be back soon and will be recommending this restaurant to my colleagues! If the weather starts to rain again, I will definitely be back and trying other menu items!

I have a new favorite pho spot!!! My friends and I came here for a weekend dinner and I was very pleased by the warm reception and friendly service. They were out of classic milk teas sadly but my Thai iced tea was delicious and I love that it was served in this mason jar style glass. Our spring rolls were fresh and came out looking like art, and my steak and brisket pho was flavorful and the meat was sooooo tender. This may be my favorite pho broth I've ever had!! It was chill inside with some music playing in the background soft enough that conversation was easy. The floors were a little slick with our rain soaked shoes but our meal was fantastic. Can't wait to return!

Quality/Quantity - Today we got the following, and I was impressed we all finished. I guess shopping the whole day built an appetite: #14 Sliced Eye Round Steak, Well Done Flank - Good flavors, decent quantity. #23 Com Tam Thit Nuong, Suon, Cha - Pork and Steam Egg. They subbed the shredded pork for more sliced pork, so good. I actually gave my daughter quite a few slices. Generous quantity. #33 "Hue" Spicy Noodle Soup - I did not find this spicy, but had interesting flavors. Strong lemon grass...? And the noodles were almost spaghetti-like. But it was all good and my wife finished it all. #36 Marinated Charbroiled Pork and Pork Egg Rolls over Rice Vermicelli - My usual go to dish, but I craved rice today. This was a hit also and the deep fried egg rolls are always good. Atmosphere - Decent size location. Neat, clean, and organized. I also liked both the decor throughout and that the TV had a Vietnamese cooking show on. I appreciated the clean modern decor outside and inside the two unisex restrooms. Now open 7 days a week from 11am or 11:30am to 8:30pm or 9pm. See my picture or their website. Yelp's hours differ slightly. Your menu hours also differ. Plenty of mall parking. Service - 5 stars. The owner and waitress were both very engaging, welcoming, etc. Gave us everything we needed, catered to our changes, etc. Price - Pay at the counter, give them your table #. $87 + generous tip. Also included the 3.75% fee for using a credit card. I forgot to pay cash... Would have saved approximately $3. Owner Comment - Congrats on your success here since September of 2023 and the success of your other two locations in Oakland and Albany.

Went here on a Saturday for evening Pho. Nice wide space and friendly staff. I waited about 15 minutes and received everything nicely packaged. Took it home and had myself some good Pho. Look for Pho Ao Sen by the Livermore outlets by the hotel!

After walking around the outlet we decided to have lunch at this spot. This restaurant is located to near the outlet. Pretty good food but the prices seem on the high side. We only ordered an appetizer and three dishes plus tea and the price was around $83. For appetizer we ordered the spring rolls. The presentation of this was really nice. We only ordered 1 of these and they decided to give us two orders. It's $11 which is high compared to other Vietnamese restaurants. My mom ordered a soup dish. I believe she got #2 - house special combination. Me and my auntie ordered a rice plate. My auntie ordered #28, marinated charbroiled pork chops & tiger shrimp I ordered #32, Korean style beef short ribs. My mom said the pho soup tasted good and also the rice plates as well. Overall, we enjoyed everything that we ordered. Food was delicious but on pricy side. Service was nice and friendly.

Decent pho place located adjacent to the San Francisco premium outlets. This is one of the first places I've tried eating at which is within earshot of the outlets. Pho Ao sen has definitely grown over the years and this newly opened location is a little chicer than the others. The ceilings are high, there's a nice mural of young woman on the wall and the plants/dimly lit nature of the establishment is as good as you're going to get for a moderately priced Vietnamese. The high light of the show was the spring rolls, the presentation and portion size was larger than I would've anticipated. The bun bue hue was also tasty, less earthy and more crisp than some of the others I've tried in my tenure. The pho portion for $17 was decent but not great. Overall, I liked this place but not enough to make a detour specifically for it. It's clean and hygienic which I can appreciate.

Loved this restaurant! It's full of color, murals, and plants - it's a great place for a meal with either family or friends. The prices are a bit steeper here than the usual Vietnamese restaurants but the food quality is tops! I had the grilled chicken bun $19. It had a big bowl of veggies, noodles, mint, carrots, daikon, peanuts, and lots of chicken. I'd definitely order this again!

Order: House Special Rice Plate 5/5 and House Special Combination Pho (L) 4/5 Rice plate has a variety of meats - grilled shrimp, thin sliced pork and pork chops with shredded dried pork, pickled veggies and steamed egg cake. The meats were marinated well leaning more on the sweet side, but we really enjoyed the flavor. Yes, quite pricey for this rice plate, but it's next to the Livermore outlets, so of course. Large pho was alright - meats tasted decent, broth was good, but noods weren't fresh noods. Totally understand that they probably don't get enough business during the week, so having fresh noods wouldn't work out. The portion was huge, so I would suggest sharing this bowl with someone else.
